We are running Exchange 2003 Server Enterprise with SP2, on Windows 2003 SP1. We have a user who wants to make a connection to an Exchange mailbox folder from an MS Access database. I know that Exchange 2000 used to have the M: drive for file system access, but that no longer exists in Exchange 2003. Does anyone know if it's possible to query a mailbox folder from an Access database? Thanks!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

M is not gone in Exchange 2003, just disabled. If you’re *really* sure you want to take this approach, one of the other Exchange MVPs (Daniel Petri) has written about how to expose it: http://www.petri.co.il/restore_the_m_drive_mapping_in_exchange_2003.htm
