I provide a code with an example: u have to change as of ur requirements….this is a VBA code:

Global oApp As Object

Sub OpenAccess()

Dim MPath As String (change as per requirement)
Dim MCategoryID As Long

‘Path to Access database
LPath = “C:\MDB\urdb.mdb” (must reside under C:\, and here ur .mdb file name)

Set oApp = CreateObject(“Access.Application”)
oApp.Visible = True

oApp.OpenCurrentDatabase MPath

‘Open form called Categories filtering by CategoryID
MCategoryID = Range(“A2″).Value
oApp.DoCmd.OpenForm “Categories”, , , “CategoryID = ” & MCategoryID
