Access Barracuda Balancer admin panel from another network
I'm not much of a network person and have just been thrown on this since our network guy just left and we're looking for a replacement so I apologize in advance. I'm in the process of setting up a Barracuda Balancer 340 in front of our main web server. Currently we have 1 live web server and one backup that would have to be manually put into place in the event of a failier. In their manual they state you need to access the admin panel from the same network. That's fine for now as I'm just poking around at it and testing right now. Eventually this will be installed on our DMZ. Once it's there how would I access the web interface to manage it? I did set it up with a 192.168 address and plug it in and confirmed I can't get to it from our 10.1 network even if I specify connections are only allowed from 10.1 in the admin panel. Any help would be apreciated here. Thanks.

Answer Wiki:
You would need to tell your router or core switch on how to direct traffic to 192.178.x.x from your 10.1.x.x network. Sample rule: ip route 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0 10.1.0.1 ip route (dmz network dmz subnet 10.1.gateway.ip)
