Access 2007 Report / Query ?

I have a soccer player database that has fields for parents names and fields for parental support (coaching, concessions, committee) I want to check my parental support fields for(checks) then print that parents name on my report. So in the end I have a listing of parents and what they will help with. Is this a query or a report or both and what is the best way to handle this ??

I have just taken a computer technology class and it depends on what you had pressed on in the beginning. If what you have now is a query then you pressed “query wizard” in the beginning and if it is a report you had pressed “create report”
