I need help on below list of queries: 1. I have created button for employees to submit their request, now when they click on that button a message should appear as "A email will be sent to ur TL, manager and transport dept" "Do you wish to continue" Yes or No. 2. If employee clicks on Yes, an email should be generated and sent to said list with a format automatically (few columns should be captured and paste in body of email). If employee clicks on No, he should be returned to main page/form where he/she raises a req for transport. 3. And all that is being done above should be captured in the database. When drafting email how do input the message where it captures content from the fields in the access form along with the body of the message. example: the body of the message should be something as below:
Hi there, I request you to approve my leave for (date should be captured from the form) OR I request you to approve my early login/logout (time should be captured as entered in the form)
