access 2003 mdb file size increases automatically
please if you can tell me why size of an access 2003 file automatically increase whereas no data is entered or very less data. it increases upto more than 1 GB. once the same data is imported into another file it is of the size of about 20-30 mb. strange? i have used anti viruses but in vain. plz help

Try always compact & repair the access db. In 2003, click Tools > Database utilities > Compact and Repair Database…. Remember, access db always increases in size when working with. this course should be done with access files regularly. U can make this task automate also.
