If you have no experience you may have to start in a lower position, prove yourself, and then you will be eligible for a hogher profile position. We have 2 MCSE team members and one of them is still a level 1, the other is a level 2 position.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Getting a certification will not by it self lead to money and a cool job.  That requires a lot of experience.  However having a certification will help and make you look like a more attractive candidate to some employers.  Some people like having employees who are certified, some don&#039;t care.

Personally I&#039;ve got about a dozen Microsoft certifications.  I have no idea if they help me get jobs or not.]]></description>
