I will assume that english is your second language......don't worry about that.

To the problem....You say you are working with W2000 Server.  If you are working in an MS world, take MS certifications.  There are many others to take as well, but stick with what you are now working with.  As for the future..there is no substitute for experience.....read everything you can get your hands on and practice using a Lab type environement if you can.  If not, find someplace at work that is non critical and practice there.  Keep a couple of old machines around as you upgrade and practice with those.....set up a mini network and use that to learn......it takes time, but the payoff is huge....I know, I've been there......
