		<description><![CDATA[All you have to do is right-click a file and go to RENAME and give it any extension you want. You will get a message that the file may become unstable, but that does not stop you. for example create a simple .txt file and save it as sample.txt. Now go rename it as sample.xxx . Clicking on the file alone may not open it as expected. Right-Click and select OPEN WITH and pick notepad or word and you will see the data.]]></description>
