One of our customer Production server has Crystal Reports server 2008 SP1 installed along with Crystal Reports server Embedded 2008.This server has total of 9 RAS services running. There reports are generated and refreshed through a Crystal DOTNET API viewer. The issue with one particular report is when performing Generate/Refresh through the Crystal Viewer, once the number of processed records passed 20,000 records, it throws an error saying :
“A processing limit was reached.”
However the raw crystal runs fine and also there is no issues executing the underlying Stored Procedure. I also checked from Central Management Console that the parameter "Maximum Number of Records" has been set as "Unlimited" under the "Option Type" Database which is ok. Can you suggest what is causing the Crustal Report Viewer to not able to process reports which have large date range and what is the solution in this case.
The server has total of 16 INtel 2400 Mhz processors and 24 GB physical memory. The page file is also 24GB on the C drive which has 64 GB free space.
