Hello all I keep getting the following error message on my laptop (Toshiba Satellite A60-S166) after a clean install of windows xp pro sp3. A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer.  Error code: 0x800703e6.  Here is what I have done so far to remedy the problem. 1. Boot in safe mode and dont get the error. 2. Registered the following 2 dll files: regwizc.dll, licdll.dll. 3. After doing a low level format I Reformated and reinstalled windows with no success.   Any Help Given would be greatly appreciated. Thks in advance.

Software/Hardware used:
Toshiba Satellite A60-S166, windows XP pro sp3, Trendnet wireless n usb card.

Theirs not really much to do, especially if you have done the following you have listed: Formatted HDD, reinstalled O.S, registered file, e.t.c....unless your have incomplete installation of O.S: OBTAIN A GOOD copy and try again.. or otherwise, -Install Windows 7... Guarantee it will work..although it may cost. Hope this help
