I would like to know if A+ certification is a neccessary before study either of CCNA or MCSE??? does CCNA/MCSE job need to know how to fix failure computer/server??
Do CCNA people only need to know how to fix/configure Network or should they know how to install RAM, write shell script/register, and fix crash like computer Technician??

I would have to agree with the two given answers. The A+ is a great stepping stone into IT.
Do remember that the MCSE and CCNA are designed for people who have been in the IT field for a little while, not for people who are first getting into the IT field.
To build on MrDenny’s comment, the CCENT is a great cert that does allow you to break into networking. It teaches you the basics of the OSI model, IP addressing and other netwroking technologies. Plus, it leads directly into the CCNA…
