A+ is definately not required to do before you go for your MCSE or CCNA but I would recommend it. The A+ is a good stepping stone to get into the IT field. You will need to know this information to be a systems or network administrator when you are dealing with day to day operations of a datacenter no matter what size it is. IT work is a jack of all trades position unless you get lucky enough to get into an IT department for an organization that is so large that you will specialize in one area and that will be your only work. But if you are just starting out then it will be tough to get into that type of position without the experience.
CCNA:
The A+ is a general computer knowledge certification. If you know the basics of computer internals and their functions then it is not really necessary for a Cisco track.
The A+ is a CompTIA certification, and if your interested in focusing on networking CompTIA's Network+ certification is a better entry level certification.
CCNA focuses solely on the network. You learn the basics of routing and switching and how to configure/maintain their related devices.

I would like to know if A+ certification is a neccessary before study either of CCNA or MCSE??? does CCNA/MCSE job need to know how to fix failure computer/server??
