Text expander in Microsoft Word

IT Answer  Is there any function in MS Word equivalent to word expander. I type a lot of text and if I had this function it would increase my line count, eg. by typing tex spacebar it would automatically type out the words text expander.

How to assign domain name (internal.xxx.com)
