    My HP laptop is pretty much stuck in automatic repair loop. I keep seeing this error message: OS can't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors. I can't boot the laptop at all. Not even in safe mode. Any advice?

    I have a USB dongle. I connect to my company VPN using the dongle. When I connect using the dongle, I'm unable to connect to a particular company URL. This works fine from my home Wi-Fi/LAN network and VPN, but not using the USB dongle.
