900kb attachment too big??
I'm trying to send an attachment with my email. Originaly it was 4mg. When that didn't work, Zipped it to 2mg. When that didn't work, tried just one file (945kb) and THAT didn't work. We get the "file too large for mailbox, or users mailbox is full" message. We can send it too a hotmail acct, and we can send it to the recipient FROM the hotmail acct, they just can't receive the attachment from our exchange server. Any Ideas??

You are receiving a few different errors. Check the message size limit restrictions in Exchange (see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322679); also make sure that the user sending the message has not exceeded their mailbox quota (see: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Set-Size-Limits-Messages.html)

Sometimes happens that mail server reject mail… try to don’t really send the attachment!

Service like http://www.extralargemail.com consents to send email with large attachment to every kind of mail service without the risk to exceed disk quota.
You do not need to use your mailer, but you send the big mail all over a web service.
It is free and it is really usefull.
