A few more details such as version of exchange, the OS version would be helpful. Is the error coming from Outlook or Outlook express or is it coming from the exchange server? Do all users have this problem or only a few, or only one? Anyway, a few things to check: for error 554 from Outlook or Outlook express go <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/186134">here</a> there is a an exchange error, related to large attachments that will throw a 554 error, read about it <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944281">here</a> This <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?catalog=LCID%3D1033&query=554+error&mode=r">Search result </a> might also be helpful.
