Android 4.0 is a completely different OS from Microsoft windows. It's created for different purposes on different platforms. Differences are found in everything. Further, Microsoft Windows differs from Microsoft Windows, depending on its releases.

It's not feasible to list differences in an on-line forum. The list would be far too long.

Every event/ object has its own aspect/ an individual aim. Windows is basically used for computers however day by day it spreads out. While android is basically made/used for mobile/tablet or like that type of gadgets. Yes, u can install android in computer also. Android is similar to the some extent of Linux OS. However, base executable files r .apk for android while base executable files r .exe in windows. They both r totally different architecture and file types/ structures.
I am agree with Mr. Tom as he mentioned in last line as "It's not feasible to list differences....". U can get help from Wikipedia for that purpose.
