Answer Wiki:
This looks like an HP Laserjet error, and can cover everything from a simple paper jam to re-seating or replacing major components. You might find HP forums a better place for troubleshooting printer issues, or even try a Google search on that error - it will give you a variety of results that you can match up with your own specific details. In the hopes that it is a simple paper jam, I can offer this from one source: "I had the same error, I had to take the left side cover off, (looking at the front of the machine) and found a small piece of paper that ended up right in the middle of a sensor flag! Of ALL the places to land. I pulled it out, it worked, end of problem! When you get the side cover off, the sensor flag is located in the middle/bottom of the printer." Good luck
