2811 randomly reboot

Router reboot, Cisco 2811, Cisco 2811 integrated services router, Cisco routers

I received a router that was deployed for a reason that it power cycles itself randomly. This is the first time is has come back and I wanted to see if this is a hardware or software known issue.

could you check what happens when the router boots, if POST (power on self test passes) then there should be no hardware problem. Once the router is up check the log for any errors
