Is there a way to receive the same e-mails at two computers with Outlook 2010 rather than just the first one that gets opened?

I have Outlook 2010 on 2 different computers.  The question I have is: Is there a way to receive the same e-mails at both computers, rather than just the first one that gets opened?

yes you can. you can tick at the option that says keep a copy in the server for x number of days. with that option the email will not be deleted from the server…but both the pc’s must be set with the same settings

    If you use exchange or IMAP for your folders, e-mails will be delivered to all clients that access the accounts. The statuses that they receive on one client will follow suit in the other. For example, I use Windows Live Mail to manage a few miscellaneous IMAP e-mail accounts. I have this set up on multiple PC's so that when I open Live Mail on one, I see exactly what I do on the other. Hope this helps! -Schmidtw
