In a situation like this typically I have used a router sitting on the outside of the ASA to load balance across the 2 connections. 

I am not aware of the ASA being able to do this but I am honestly not an ASA guru and they are releasing updates for the ASA code like crazy so someone may be aware of something I am not.]]></description>
