Are you using a PSFCFG object? If not then that's strike one, odds are anything more than a few pages will bomb for some reason or another.
Did you customize your PSFCFG object at all from the default values? If not strike two, there are some critical settings that are different from default here.
Good thing to check on the *PRT Device to check:
make sure your activation time is set to *NOMAX
Things to check or try on the PSFCFG object:
IPDS Pass through set to <b>*NO</b>
release timer set to <b>*SEC15</b>
use outline fonts set to <b>*NO</b>
Capture host fonts at printer set to <b>*NO</b>
This <a href="http://74.125.95.104/search?q=cache:IyMsknv_PSAJ:support.gmdsolutions.com/forms/Infoprint_1000_Family%2520for%2520IPDS.pdf+infoprint+1585+psfcfg&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us&client=firefox-a#5">link</a> will send you to an HTML copy of an infoprint manual.
If this doesn't help please copy and paste your PSFCFG and *PRT cfg and I'll take a look at it.
Thanks

I’m having the same issue with one printer. I’ve got more than 10 in production that don’t seem to care.
I’m guessing it’s a setting within the user defined object. There are some settings related to timeouts that could be causing a problem. I’m overdue to fix this one myself. I’ll try to post my solution today.
