From whom would you expect it to be protected? Where is the Drafts folder stored? . Tom

Which kind of email client u r using ! is it outlook/gmail/lotus client/euroda, whatever it is, probably it is not possible to protect a single/specific email with password, actually such a function is not specified in the email protocol. U can protect a single file/ folder with password. U can try, but I am not sure, there is a way to encrypt the writings in ur email with a tool like PGP(Pretty Good Privacy- see here for details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Good_Privacy) and recipient needs to enter h/er pass to open the email. It is just an info, and I write in 1/2 line, but it is not so easy process. However, u may gather more info by search on the net.
