Reasons for this error include bad memory, corrupt files, OS bugs, program bugs, and more.

When did this start happening ?
Does this happen when you run some specific application ?
Did you install something new in the machine recently ?

Some things you could do:

-Apply the latest OS service pack available
-If this happen with some specific program, make sure you have the latest version.
-Check your RAM (Memtest86 could be useful on this)
-Check your program code if this happen with a program you are developing.

---------------------------------------------

The Microsoft memory diagnostics tool will also help you determine if you have faulty RAM DIMMs.

thank you all for your answera they are very helpful, and they helped me solve the problem=)
