The description on the Microsoft website says the tool will run on Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 and higher. It does work fine, even on a 64-bit server. You do have to turn on the network status option by selecting the [B]Show Network Activity[/B] button in the toolbar. There was an update to the tool published on March 17, 2009 according to the updated tool link shown above in my posting. Thanks for the comment.
