<p>Now I don&#8217;t want to say that Government has no place in making technology related decisions but they need to get someone on their staff that hasn&#8217;t a clue. I recommend me. I have a lot of personal experience explaining technology to important business people who don&#8217;t need or want to understand it.</p>
