		<description><![CDATA[We run into this alot with HP Servers and USB Drives. Even if you go into BIOS and move the USB down in boot order it will still hang. Also I have run into this with USB Flash Drives. Especially if you are installing SBS 2008 with the USB Flash Drive in and you are trying to configure drive size through setup it will error until you remove the USB Flash and then it will let you configure partition size after you reboot and start setup again.]]></description>
