I get phone calls from telemarketers all the time because I often have to register for downloads that I want to write about for this blog and other Websites and publications. I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ve got another phone call from Global Knowledge coming, thanks to what I&#8217;m about to tell you here (in fact, I got a call from a reasonably savvy telemarketer for the company just last Friday, who immediately understood that when I told him I taught the occasional certification class and was the creator of <strong><em>Exam Cram</em></strong> that I probably wasn&#8217;t a member of his target audience).</p>
