				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi folks! So if you have been following the saga of RIM, their stock prices have been plummeting and their PE ratio is pretty much in the toilet.</p>
<p>How are they going to come back? I think it&#8217;s time for them to adopt a new strategy. What they are doing now is just not working and it&#8217;s time for the leadership at RIM to take a step back and go back to the drawing board on a strategy.</p>
<p>It seems like RIM is just worried about it&#8217;s survival and is not concentrating on coming out with new product that can actually go toe to toe with Apple and Google. It might even be time for a change in leadership at RIM since the current leadership is seemingly out of touch with it&#8217;s consumer base.</p>
