Well it should come as no surprise that administrators sometimes have problems getting it to work properly. Now one of the most common things people can run into is if they implement a redirect wrong. Sometimes a redirect will be implemented in IIS that can cause issues with ActiveSync.

So if you think you have checked everything and still can’t get ActiveSync to work with your phone, then check on IIS and make sure you’ve done your redirects properly to make sure they are not interfering using host headers.
