I’ve spoken about it before, it’s a great product that allows you to do many things such as calling, IM, and video. What’s so great about it?

It’s easy to use! I find that compared to other products i’ve used of a similar nature, Lync is easy to just start using and get other people using. It tends to catch on quite quick in an organization and leaves all your contacts at your fingertips.

Next steps for Lync? We need to see more support for all the smartphones out there. This will go a long way to helping Lync’s penetration in the marketplace. I want to see an iPhone app!
