SSD’s biggest barrier to entry in the mainstream has been cost. People don’t want to shell out lots of money for a hard drive when they can just buy a regular drive for cheap. But then they go and complain about the speed.

I think most people that aren’t in the computer field don’t understand that they can buy a very tiny SSD drive for cheap just as a boot drive, and then use a regular drive for their data! If you just do that, you will thank me for it! You computer will fly like it’s never flown before!

My SSD drive of choice is the OCZ Vertex 2, I love that drive!
