SonicWALL wins in Network World’s Performance Tests

Hi folks! So in a recent Network World report, SonicWALL ran away with the belt in a compare on performance.

SonicWALL’s SuperMassive firewall (their top tier firewall) destroyed the competion in SSL Decryption tests. It shined when performing decryption on a large amount of flows, but slowed down when relatively few flows were thrown at it. Network World surmised that this was due to the parallel architecture of the SuperMassive.
