RIM’s Response

Hi folks! So RIM has responded to the anonymous employee that wrote the letter that is all over the web now.

You can read RIM’s response here. I read the letter and I have to say it didn’t really impress me. It just comes across as the usual corporate gibberish that companies spew when they know they are caught red-handed.

RIM needs to take this letter seriously and figure out what to do about it. And I don’t mean they should try and hunt down who wrote this. They should instead focus on fixing their ailing company.
