More letters for RIM

Hi folks! So fresh on the heels of the anonymous letter for RIM, more employees have come forward and have submitted letters to BGR.

BGR has posted two more letters here that you can read. It’s basically more of the same. Employees pointing out what is wrong with the company. The question is, why isn’t RIM management listening? Or is this just the rantings of a scant few employees?

Only time will tell and the next 12 months will be crucial to the survival of RIM. The world will be watching closely to see how RIM responds. I hope RIM survives and learns from this and becomes a better company for it. But as history shows, that is not always how these stories unfold.
