Hi folks, I just wanted to complement Seagate on a job well done! I recently had to do a service call with them and had a great experience I wanted to share.
I have this external 750 GB USB drive that I use regularly that eventually failed. I did a warranty claim on it and I got a new drive back within a week!
Other vendors hear this, if you provide service like this, you are sure to gain loyalty from your customers. Not only did Seagate send me a new drive, they upgraded me to a 1 TB drive! Now that’s what I call service!
