		<description>I've built a number of USB ESXi bootable images now and only 1 of every 3 works without fault.

You have to use high quality USB keys when trying this method and even then it's surprisingly tricky to get a thumb drive that works. So I'm not surprised HP is seeing this issue as well.</description>
