BrightGauge

Hi folks! So there is a new product in the MSP market that is coming soon called BrightGauge by BrightGauge Software.

What is it? Apparently it’s software that integrates with both Kaseya and ConnectWise and allows you to put your client communications/alerts/tickets under one pane of glass from what I can tell. If this product does what it says it can, then it will be a valuable tool for MSP’s indeed.

As one who uses Kaseya and ConnectWise I am very interested to see what they have to bring to the table. Apparently with BrightGauge you have features such as a bulletin board to easily see all client communications, detailed gauges of your client’s IT health, as well as reports and tickets.
