		<description>I think we all know that, reading between the lines of the 'dysmal marketing', which could only have been intentional, IBM tried to drop the AS400 and RPG with it from the market place. 

Why? Cos its just too dam good...The hardware just lasts too long...there isnt enough services revenue in it for IBM...which is what IBM is all about these days

Problem is they couldnt. The customers that use it and understand it, by and large love it. Ive yet to see a real  example of someone moving away from and [A href="http://as400blog.blogspot.com/"]AS400[/A] and actualling saving money...cant be done..</description>
