		<description>Yep.  Researching automation solutions online not only seems to take forever but can also be tedious.  I work as an IT specialist for my employer and though I love my work doing research on &lt;a href="http://www.stratavia.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;network automation&lt;/a&gt; puts me to sleep.  If I were able to visit another company and take a look at the data base tools they use I think I’d take more away from that than I would reading for 8 hours and taking notes.  I know of one company that does this whenever they do upgrades or bring in some sort of new technology but seeing as how that is where my friend works and I don’t I’ll just have to keep dreaming.</description>
