		<description><![CDATA[&lt;P&gt;My problem system was a 2003 server from a P to V over a year ago - all was well until attempted vmtools update.&#160; Video and mouse were solved by adding default RunOnce key to HKLM/Software/Windows/CurrentVersion, reboot and uninstall/reinstall VM Tools - reboot.&#160; NIC was resolved by uninstalling hidden leftover NIC (from PtoV) from device mangler &lt;/P&gt;
