I had a server that stopped a backing up via Veeam, VMware said it had a snapshot(Remove all snapshots <Servername> Unable to Access file <unspecified filename> since it is locked.), but I didnt see any in Snapshot manager. What I had to do to reveal the snapshot was to create a new “test” snapshot and wouldnt you know it, the Consolidated Helper Snapshot showed up. I was then able to remove that snapshot then the “test” one. After both snapshots were removed I was able to run the Veeam Backup fine.
