This source is called vreference.com; more specifically this PDF. The link is basically his study notes from taking the course and reading the documentation. Do not forget to download and print out the vSphere 4 Reference Card. Last but not least… get a VMware Education ID and use the vSphere 4 Mock Exam, it is invaluable.

I will keep you all posted as to my progress… I have 9 days left to study, wish me luck!
