iPhone iOS 4.3?

I swear iOS 4.2 was just released, I am still running iOS 4.1 and do not plan to go to iOS4.2 for a little bit,  the phone works fine. My guess is that they want to stop Jailbreaker's or at least discourage them.

What’s does that have to do with iOS4.3? It’s going to let users...
