<p>Log into the vCenter server<br />
Browse to the following locations:<br />
C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Infrastructure\tomcat\webapps\statsreport\WEB-INF folder<br />
Open the web.xml file in notepad<br />
Once the file is open, and search (CTRL+F) for vc.webservice.timeout<br />
Note: The entry should be near the top of the file, about 15 lines down from the top.<br />

Change the value on the following line from 1 to 5</p>
<p>Restart the machine or the vCenter Web Services and you should be good to go&#8230;</p>
