iOS 4.3.3 Location Services Fix

I swear iOS 4.2 was just released, I am still running iOS 4.1 and do not plan to go to iOS4.2 for a little bit,  the phone works fine. My guess is that they want to stop Jailbreaker's or at least discourage them.
