So there you have it, another “successful launch of the “New iPad” Still on the fence about it, or need more information on it before you go and buy it? Want to know how it stacks up against others like the Transformer Pad Infinity? Want more info? Go here.

Original Post

Tomorrow is the day that all rumors about the iPad HD are put aside, no more guessing, no more rumors, its all going to be revealed! Check out a snippit from the source Blog.

Not sure if I mentioned this before, but I believe that Apple will soon announce a 7″ version of the iPad, don’t know what they will call it, probably something like iPad Mini or something to that affect. The success of the PlayBook has spurred many companies to go with a 16:9 aspect ratio device, and Apple wasn’t going to be left behind!

Did I mentoin that there will be an LTE version of the new iPad HD? Go here for all the latest rumors!

So who got a Playbook? I tried to get on and they are sold out everywhere. I hate to say this but RIM copied HP, and that’s fine, at least they don’t intent to close the QNX doors like HP did with Web Os and the Touch Pad. Well if you missed the boat and were unable to get a Playbook, have no fear, because an affordable tablet($299) is coming out way, armed with Tegra 3 hardware.

So far what is the biggest threat to the iPad’s largely unchallenged supremacy in the tablet market? The answer has certainly got to be Amazon’s Kindle Fire, which sports a very enticing $200 price tag. Even though the Kindle Fire is probably the only non-iPad tablet to have generated iPad-like buzz, it’s not the only affordable tablet on the market. The ranks of sub-$300 tablets are constantly swelling. And if NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun Huang is right, soon there will be a number of Tegra 3 tablets in this price range.

We are talking about 4 core CPU and a 12 core GPU, and the tablet will have up to 2GB of memory, not to be confused with actually storage, as it will most likely support up to 64GB of storage. Go herefor more information on Tegra 3.

If you are one of MANY people having battery life issues with your iPhone 4 or 4s, then you have come to the right place. Apple is apparently aware of some issues causing the drain. The patched OS 5.0.1 Beta works with all iOS devices from the iPod Touch (3rd Gen.) to the iPad 2 (WiFi Edition). I included an insert from engaget.

Well that didn’t take long. After officially commenting on iOS 5′s battery woes, Apple’s gone and issued a beta of iOS 5.0.1 for developers to help fix the flaw. Per the changelog, build 9A402 fixes bugs relating to battery life and iCloud document syncing, improves voice recognition for Aussies and re-enables multitasking gestures on the original iPad. That last item is of particular interest to iPad devs, who had their ability to enable four-finger gestures unceremoniously yanked by Apple in iOS 5′s final release. We welcome these goodies with open arms, but here’s hoping universal Siri support comes in iOS 5.0.2.

Remember this is still just a developer release. Soon to be released to the general public. I’ll be sure to keep you all up to date.

Here is a fun little tidbit for you all.

The iPad 2 would rival the Quad Processor Cray 2 Supercomputer which was built in 1985, and get this, it was the size of a washing machine!

Also something of note for those wanting to pick up an iPad 2, the new processor is 10 times faster than the original iPad. Makes me happy that i usually wait for the next revision of the next biggest thing on the market, USUALLY!
