Are you in the need for speed? Well a company called Violin Memory has a new array that apparently blows everything out of the water. Mind you these definitely aren't for your average consumer. Stand-alone, these wouldn't fair well in an Enterprise, but since they were #4 in the top 20 OEM SSD...

HP on Top!

Working at EPIC has shown me that the best servers out there right now are HP Servers, " HP took the top spot from IBM in global server revenue in the first quarter, as shipments from all manufacturers rose 23 percent over the previous year, according to Gartner", yes I am biased...

Here's an interesting issue that I came across. I have a few clients who are still using IBM Servers, the server referred to here is an x226 Server and a ServeRaid 7 controller. The client said that he would come in to work in the morning to check the backups and he would have to put in a reason...
