				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Even with its Sandy Bridge flop, Intel is going to build a new plant. This plant will introduce the 14nm production process to the world. It is said to create 4,000 new jobs.</p>
<blockquote><p>The new Arizona factory, designated Fab 42, will be the most advanced, high-volume semiconductor manufacturing facility in the world. Construction of the new fab is expected to begin in the middle of this year and is expected to be completed in 2013.</p></blockquote>
<p>Intel invested over 5 billion dollars in the Production Plant they call Fab 42. They hope to complete construction by 2013.</p>
