Time and time again, people may delete files, its in our nature to be in a rush, so when you hit, SHIFT+DEL, you have just circumvented the Recycle Bin and lost your work.
Well here is a free recovery program that I have been using as of late to help people out when they have deleted files, either on purpose and want to retrieve or just being in a rush…
It is called Recuva. Here is a small list of features, if you want to read up more, then just head over to the homepage for full product details.
Undelete files on your computer
Deleted a file by mistake? Recuva brings lost files on your computer, USB drive, camera or iPod.
Recovery from damaged or formatted disks
Even if you’ve formatted a drive so that it looks blank, Recuva can still find your files on it.
Recover deleted emails
Emptied your email trash and need it back? Recuva’s got you covered with full support for Microsoft Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Windows Live Mail.
Just today it worked for a college who moved files to a network share and the files just disappeared. A deep-scan using Recuva retrieved the files for him!
